Main Applications:

Bucket elevators are used to vertically lift crushed materials such as limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, and dry clay, as well as powdered materials like raw materials, cement, and coal powder.

The buckets scoop the material from the lower storage, are lifted to the top by the conveyor belt or chain, and then invert after passing over the top pulley, discharging the material into the receiving hopper. Belt-driven bucket elevators typically use rubber belts mounted on the drive pulleys at the top or bottom and the idler pulleys at the top or bottom. Chain-driven bucket elevators are generally equipped with two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets at the top or bottom and a pair of redirect sprockets at the bottom or top. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust from flying out of the elevator.
